A part-let shopping centre investment was acquired for future asset management and development opportunities. Planning permission was obtained for comprehensive mixed-use development, including 50,000 sq ft of retail and leisure units, a new multi-storey car park, and 180 residential apartments.
The residential development was forward funded by London & Quadrant for PRS. The regeneration of the Oaks Shopping Centre is a multi-million pound investment in the heart of Acton and includes a major upgrade of the existing High Street façade and wholesale redevelopment of the shopping centre and adjoining council car park.
Works have commenced and completion is anticipated for the summer 2019.
