Land including a disused carwash, derelict buildings, and vacant sites were assembled over a number of years for a potential mixed-use redevelopment. Planning consent was obtained for 83 residential units to be developed above c19,000 sq ft of ground level commercial space, currently let to Tesco and The Gym Group.
