The regeneration of the Oaks Shopping Centre is a multi-million-pound investment in the heart of Acton and includes a major upgrade of the existing High Street façade and wholesome redevelopment of the shopping centre and adjoining council car park, following consent for 50,000sq ft of retail and leisure units, a new multi-storey car park, and 180 residential apartments.
