A single site including two office buildings called Hannay House (c18,500 sq ft) and Milbuck House (c36,000 sq ft) were promoted for redevelopment to provide a large town centre regeneration and place making scheme.
Planning was obtained for over 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office space including ancillary A3/A5 retail units and a 23 storey residential tower incorporating 154 residential apartments.
