This prime freehold office building was acquired for asset management and potential redevelopment opportunities. Occupied by The Big Issue, we successfully assisted relocation to a new HQ in Finsbury Park, leaving the original building vacant. Planning consent was obtained for ground floor retail use, and was subsequently let to Foxtons. A full refurbishment of the office upper floors to a Grade A spec was undertaken. Once complete, it attracted tenants from the media and legal industries who now occupy a fully let building.
