A 15,000 sq ft industrial shed on a site of approximately 1 acre was acquired for future redevelopment. Planning consent was initially obtained for 49 residential apartments which was later superseded by an amended consent for the redevelopment of the site for 53 assisted living units to be operated by McCarthy & Stone.
