Redundant health centre on a 0.7 acre site with an ancillary car park, both purchased from the NHS. Planning obtained for a 72 bedroom care home and construction is due to be completed in Q3 2022. The facility will be operated by Quantum Care. Separately planning was obtained for 6 family houses on the former car park site.
